13. noted that vacuuming and mopping were occurring around me
14. realized that the sound of the vacuum cleaner is distressing
15. made lunch of (a) tuna salad with mayo, mustard, capers; (b) green salad of romaine lettuce, olive oil, lemon, sea salt; (c) toast from ezekiel bread for self and beloved
16. flipped through old new yorker magazine
17. flipped through large, hard cover book about history of brooklyn and admired photographic images of same
18. began reading book about the hmong that my beloved has been nagging me to read
19. felt annoyed at the superstitious beliefs of the hmong involving, e.g., the dab20. felt guilty because i am not supposed to feel annoyed at the beliefs of others
20. imported and consolidated historical posts from now-deceased domain mytvdinner.com
21. brainstormed co op shopping list
22. helped put away and organize groceries
23. rinsed arugula thoroughly, created salad from it with dressing routine similar to that in #15 (above)
24. had lovely pasta dinner
25. had lovely conversation with beloved
26. had pumpkin pie with (a) fresh whipped cream which was freshly whipped by me, and (b) vanilla ice cream
27. showered
28. took various supplements including “calm/flaxseed” cocktail
29. read a bit of “emma”
30. crossed over into the territory i love but resist (i.e. sleep)
